Complaints and refunds

If it was our error, and your deposit confirmed but we did not pay you, we owe you the full naira amount due at the applicable rate.
If a purchase cleared and we did not send the dollars because of our error, we will send them or refund your naira in full.
If money in your Krait wallet was lost or misdirected because of our error, we will restore the full amount.
If you made a mistake, such as a wrong address or recipient, tell us straight away. We will do everything we can to help, but we cannot promise a recovery.
